KING RICHARD'S FAIRE 2024

Wolfshäger Hexenbrut Group Seating at Special Event

There are at least two 1 hour event seatings at King Richard's Faire for the  Wolfshäger Hexenbrut special event. Many witchy dance group members  purchased tickets individually, and we would like to assist in keeping groups together to meet the Originals.  Seating time and placement will be determined by King Richard's Faire and sent via email.  Details:  

• You must have already purchased your special event ticket - this form does not confirm purchase.
• Each individual group member attending should fill out this form using the name and email address they used for their ticket purchase.
• Please complete this form by August 31, 2024. 
• Staying in the area? We'd love to interview individuals for I Dance with Witches.  Also, there's super secret filming and fun that only will be shared for those who register 
• See Tips below about King Richard's Faire about  timing, cash, lack of wifi, and footwear.  Trust me, it's important!

Important information and Hints:

• Arrive early.  Even with tickets, people away if the faire reaches capacity (which happens generally by noon/1 pm). There is generally a traffic jam and long lines for entry and food.  Get there early and enjoy the experience.
• Make sure to buy your tickets for you and your tribe prior to arriving.  
• Tickets bought physically at the Faire are CASH only and have very long lines - don't use this option.
• Take a screenshot of your tickets PRIOR to arriving.  Wifi is non-existent at the faire.   Pass the long ticket purchase lines and go to the short lines for purchased ticket holders.
• Cash is King at the faire.  Buy your food/drink tickets early in the day. There are long lines at the ATM.  Vendors do take cards.
• There is NO leaving readmittance to the faire.
• Wifi/Cell service is non-existent in the woods.  Plan meet up times/locations with your tribe in case you get separated. 
• The faire and dance happen rain or shine.  There are no refunds due to weather.
• Dress witchy and bring a broom/walking stick.  
• Wear sensible witch shoes.  It's the woods, there's mud and roots, and acres of fun.
• We dance in deep sand.  Fancy footwork isn't needed.  Keep it simple and enjoy the ride!  
• Dress in layers as the temps vary in the woods.  Remember the bathrooms are less than enjoyable, so plan easy pee-sy access and what you don't want to hit a port-o-potty floor. 
• You can bring an empty water bottle/vessel, but outside beverages are not permitted. They often check bags.
